It can also be divided into single yarn and ply yarn according to its structural characteristics. It can be spun by mixing or not mixing various natural short fibers or chemical cut fibers

ACY Yarn

Air covered yarn is manufactured by creating a physical intermingle of polylion yarn with other synthetic filament like Polyester or Nylon by the help of compressed air applied through a nozzle

Rubber cord, also known as rubber cord, rubber cord, elastic cord, cable, etc., is made of A-grade imported rubber cord as the core and double wrapped with high-quality double stranded fiber yarn. The degree of stretch, degree of return and twist are made according to customer requirements

DCY yarn

DCY Yarn

Spandex Yarn is first covered with Polyester or Nylon DTY in a spiral wave with S twist & then on top of it, the yarn is again covered with Polyester or Nylon DTY in a spiral wave with Z twist. One is outer covering, and the other is inner covering. So the Spandex is double covered with yarn and final yarn has zero torque.
